Registration Information and Fees:

Early registration will run until June 20, 11:59 pm EDT. 

Late registration will run until July 7, 11:59 pm EDT. 

Fees are in USD (US Dollar). Hotel costs, lunches and dinners (except for the Thursday conference dinner) are not included. 

Standard Attendee: early registration USD 300, late registration USD 360 (both include full conference attendance, conference materials, breaks with snacks and refreshments, Sunday night reception, Thursday conference dinner, Wednesday afternoon excursion). 

Student Attendee: early registration USD 100, late registration USD 120 (both include full conference attendance, conference materials, breaks with snacks and refreshments, Sunday night reception, Thursday conference dinner, Wednesday afternoon excursion). 

Accompanying Person: early registration USD 125, late registration USD 125 (both include Sunday night reception, Thursday conference dinner, Wednesday afternoon excursion). 

Invited Speakers: please select Standard registration and then at checkout please use the promotion code sent to you by email.

More information: Students (graduate and undergraduate) can use the Student Registration.  Other attendees please use Standard Registration.  Accompanying Person Registration will appear under "add on" (the only add-on available).  There is also an option of group registration (e.g. to register a number of attendees from your institution). Invited speakers receive a promotion code to be used at registration checkout.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be received 14 calendar days prior to the program start date. A $30 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Requests should be sent by email or by initiating a drop request through the portal in our online registration system. As an alternative to a refund, you may send a substitute at no additional cost. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. Please note: refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations received on or after the program start date. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
