Abstract Submission Information

The deadline to submit contributed abstracts has been extended to Monday April 14. Prospective authors are invited to submit a one-page contributed abstract in pdf format. In order to submit your abstract, you need an INDICO account. If you don't have an INDICO account you can create one using the Login tab in the top right corner of the page. Once you have created the account, please use the "Submit a new abstract" tab. Or, when submitting a new abstract without having an account, INDICO will present a link for account creation, "Create one".

An example abstract is provided here. Templates for the abstracts in LaTeX and Word format are provided for download in a zip file. Please follow the guidelines given in the templates. The deadline for submission of contributed abstracts is April 14, 2025 (11:59 pm Eastern US Time). Notification of acceptance is estimated to occur on or about late April to early May, 2025.

The abstract pdf must include the title, the list of authors, affiliations of all authors and the email address of the corresponding author. Figures can be included. Submitted abstracts not following the guidelines cannot be accepted.

When submitting your abstract, you will need to upload your pdf file in the Attachments box. At the submission window, you will also need to indicate the following, by filling in boxes or clicking radiobuttons:
a) the title of your presentation;
b) one author name, affiliation, email etc. The email address will be used to send confirmation of submission and other important correspondence. This author can be the submitting author (using the "Add myself" tab), corresponding author or speaker (using the "Enter manually" tab), etc. You can indicate information for multiple authors but don't have to (authors are on the abstract);
c) your preference for an oral or a poster presentation;
d) the topic category which is most appropriate for your abstract.

You can return to your abstract (before the deadline) by logging in, under this "Abstract Information and Submission" tab. Abstracts will be reproduced in a downloadable abstract booklet of the conference exactly as received.

Note: In the Word template the line spacing is somewhat narrower than the specified single-spacing, so in Word please feel free to use either the template’s spacing or single-spacing.
