The in-person venue of the meeting is the new STEM Building on the Monroe Park Campus of Virginia Commonwealth University. Please see the Interactive Campus Map page for instructions on how to get to VCU.

If you are coming by car, park at:
NO COST
- VCU West Cary Street Parking Deck (12 minute walk to STEM Building) at no cost to you. Participants who requested parking during the registration process will recieve parking instructions and a QR code via email.
AT YOUR OWN COST
- VCU West Main Street Parking Deck (8-minute walk to STEM Building)
- Parking fee is 13 USD for the whole day.

Public Transportation:
If you are using public transportation, take the GRTC Pulse to the VCU & VUU Westbound or Eastbound Station, or take the GRTC Bus Route 14 (from Main Street Station) or 50 (from Holiday Inn Express Richmond - Midtown) to bus stops on Broad Street. If you are coming from other locations in Richmond, please consult the GRTC website. The GRTC Pulse/Buses are FREE!

Meeting Rooms:
We will meet in Rooms 110, 112, 216, and the Commons North + Terrace of the STEM Building. The check-in table will be in the Lobby on the first floor.
