To register to this event, you need to complete two forms.
1) The first form (below), is for our local organizers.
2) Once you have completed this form, please proceed to the JLab registration portal on the following link to complete your registration. Note: it is the generic JLab portal and you don't have to put dates for visits to JLab or visa information.

Your registration will be approved once you complete these two steps, and you will receive a confirmation within the next two business days.
Registration fees for faculty/staff participants ($150) are due by July 5th, 2022. The registration fee covers the cost of our social activities and of the workshop dinner.
All in person registrations are due by July 5th, 2022.
