The in-person venue of the meeting is at the beautiful GMU Fairfax Campus. The meeting will take place during the National Cherry Blossom Festival 2025 (March 20-April 13, 2025) so it will be a great time to visit the DC-Northern Virgina area.
The venue will be either Horizon Hall or the Johnson Center, to be determined in early 2025.
- If you are coming by car, park at the Mason Pond Parking Deck. Enter the Parking Deck from Aquia Creek Ln and exit from the 3rd level. See Travel & Lodging Info for more details.
- If you are using public transportation, use the CUE Bus from the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro Station and get off at the Rappahannock Ln at Patriot Circle Bus Stop. See the Travel & Lodging Info page for details.
