Description
The Organization for Physics at Two-Year Colleges (OPTYCs) is an NSF-funded project to bring two-year college physics and astronomy faculty together through professional development and networking opportunities. In this presentation, I highlight two of our cohort-based programs: the New Faculty Development Series, and the DEI Capacity-Building Program.
